What is ReadyWorks?

With ReadyWorks’ bi-directional connectors—or the ability to build your own through our intuitive, low-code interface—you can collect information from IT and business systems, update them, send commands, and monitor responses. ReadyWorks can eliminate the need for custom scripts or seamlessly integrate with your existing ones, providing an automated, highly configurable front end that streamlines even the most intricate workflows.

ReadyWorks data mapping engine uses AI to analyze and normalize data from multiple sources. It detects conflicting and duplicate data across systems and uses intelligent automation to resolve conflicts and remove duplicate records. When human intervention is required, the process to verify correct data or provide missing information is automated. ReadyWorks outbound connectors update all systems with the correct information.

ReadyWorks uses event triggers or dates to automate communications to end users, stakeholders, and team members.  Sample event triggers include:

• Data needs to be verified or collected.
• Service needs to be scheduled (e.g., OS upgrade, hardware refresh, etc.)
• Service levels have dropped below acceptable thresholds.

T-Comms are easy to use, easily configurable, and do not require coding knowledge.  

The ReadyWorks self-service portal lets you collect information from end users and stakeholders in one central place. Format consistency and mandatory attributes are enforced to avoid future data issues. Conditional surveys are easily configured to collect the information you need for any use case.

The portal also allows users to schedule service based on your team’s capacity and availability.

ReadyWorks orchestrates all the workflows and tasks required to manage migration programs or changes in your environment.  Workflows are triggered based on readiness criteria for migration programs (e.g., applications tested, hardware upgraded, user ready, etc.) or to react to events (e.g., patch/upgrade required, SLA falls below threshold, etc.).  ReadyWorks also automates rollbacks based on event or data triggers.

ReadyWorks’ configurable dashboards and reports give you up-to date information to quickly check on program status, identify risks in your environment, and maintain comprehensive audit trails. Published reports allow you to present live data outside of the ReadyWorks platform to stakeholders without requiring them to log into the system.
